The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and all possible places to visit in the area. the rooms are spacious, very clean and provide a good view of the surrounding area. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good as well.
The restaurant is not recommended as it has received poor reviews from previous guests.

kavaklidere neighborhood is worth looking into. captain cook was 5 mins walk away. we were really close to some popular places like medya cuvali.

The Christmas decoration was lovely and the staff was friendly. the hotel was also in a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
The internet was terrible and unstable, which made it difficult to work or even check emails. the breakfast was also disappointing and lacked variety.

Great central location, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to give advice on what to do in the city. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
The overall condition of the hotel was quite disappointing. The carpets were worn out and there was a persistent musty smell. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, with hair left in the shower drain. The elevator was slow and unreliable. my experience was not up to my expectations and I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great location close to the city center and all attractions in this city. The hotel is clean and has great facilities including a restaurant that serves tasty food which they can deliver straight to your room. we really appreciated that the staff spoke good English and were always ready to help us with anything we needed.
Not obvious to find the hotel at first, but once you do it's well worth the effort.
